An exceptional opportunity has become available for a Revenue & Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join their down to earth and supportive team.


The Role

Reporting to the Manager Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for:
  

• Manage and co-ordinate the day-to-day running of the Revenue Operations team
• Monitoring aging reports and following up on overdue accounts
• Accountability that billing activities are carried out with a high level of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of patient and sundry debtor invoices
• Liaise with internal and external auditors
• Oversee the preparation and submission of month-end
• Liaising with internal stakeholders 
• Other ad hoc duties as per your Manager's request

The Successful Applicant Will Have
  

• Experience working within a similar senior Billing/AR position
• Proven eagerness to lead a team or prior experience in leading a team
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to reporting deadlines
• Healthcare experience would be highly advantageous
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
