They are seeking a senior finance professional with a strong Group Financial Reporting background within their head office. The Responsibilities
Reporting into the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to);
- Prepare financial statements and complete half-year accounts
- Provide technical accounting advice
- Consolidation of business unit reporting
- Lead, mentor and coach junior accountants
- Ad-hoc projects as and when required
- Drive continuous improvement in systems, reporting, process and efficiency
Ideally, you will be a CA/CPA qualified accounting professional and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to interact and engage cross-functionally within the business will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will have a strong attention to detail, enjoy being hands-on and have strong technical accounting skills, with expertise in statutory reporting, governance, compliance and controls. Previous experience in Big 4 / Mid-Tier chartered audit will be considered highly advantageous.
