Our client is seeking a experienced Team Assistant to provide support to a highly driven and supportive team. The ideal individual will have excellent attention to detail, and have exceptional planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
You will be well presented, articulate in your communication, show sound judgement and discretion and thrive in a fast paced and ever changing environment. This role will allow the successful candidate to develop positive relationships both internally and externally, and further develop their administrative skill set.
Responsibilities
The key purpose of this role is to provide high quality service and efficient and effective administration support to the Senior Executives.
- Diary and email management
- Booking meetings and appointments
- Updating and maintaining internal databases
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Liaising with clients and developing relationships
- Following up with clients across various touch-points
- Attending meetings
- All other ad hoc duties as required
- Senior administration experience with experience supporting an Executive and wider team
- Experience in preparing high quality reports and presentations in Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and grammar skills in the context of reviewing board reports.
- Experience in managing diaries, meeting arrangements, travel arrangements and expense accounts for others
