1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is:

("Promoter").
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on Tuesday, 18 August 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on Tuesday, 18 August 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents who:
are aged 18 years or over;
attend the 2026 Sydney CFO Symposium in person during the Promotion Period; and
complete the online entry form provided by Sharp & Carter at the event.
Employees of Sharp & Carter Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter the competition, eligible participants must:
scan the QR code provided at the Sharp & Carter stand during the Promotion Period;
complete the online entry form in full; and
submit the completed form before the close of the Promotion Period.
Incomplete, inaccurate, illegible or late entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. Prize
There is one (1) prize to be won consisting of:
One (1) $300 Merivale Gift Voucher.
The total prize pool is valued at AUD $300.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable laws.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place on Wednesday, 19 August 2026 at the Sharp & Carter Sydney CBD office.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided in their entry within five (5) business days of the draw.
The prize will be delivered electronically via email.
If the winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the initial notification attempt, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.
8. Privacy & Marketing Consent
By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition and for marketing communications from Sharp & Carter.
Entrants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe function included in electronic communications or by contacting Sharp & Carter directly.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Sharp & Carter Privacy Policy.
9. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, or engages in fraudulent or misleading conduct.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the promotion, subject to any applicable laws.
