After completing of a Bachelor of Business at Monash University, Degan commenced his career in business analysis in the health Insurance industry, before moving into the Finance, Software Development, Telecommunications, Insurance and Health sectors, specialising in HR process design and HR system Implementations.
On weekends he enjoys spending time with his partner and two kids and maintaining a 2.5 acre property in the country.
