Elvira graduated from Macquarie University with a double degree in Psychology and Business Administration in 2025, combining an understanding of human behaviour with strong commercial knowledge. She began her career as a Graduate Consultant at Sharp & Carter in 2026, where she is driven by her passion for connecting with people and fostering meaningful relationships.
Prior to transitioning into recruitment, Elvira spent more than four years in the luxury retail industry, where she built a strong foundation in customer service and professionalism. She has a warm, people-first approach and enjoys building genuine, long-lasting relationships while delivering excellent outcomes for both clients and candidates.
Outside of work, Elvira enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through Pilates and yoga. She loves spending time at the beach and is also embracing the challenge of becoming a confident home cook and baker.
