To support our continued growth across Australia, Schnitz are currently seeking a dynamic leader as Head of Property & Franchising. The Role The Head of Property & Franchising reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team at Schnitz. The Property & Franchising team is responsible for delivering the growth strategy for the brand by connecting great franchisees with great sites. As a natural leader, you will inspire and support the Property & Franchising team to: Develop our network growth plan Identify A grade locations for the Schnitz brand Effectively manage lease negotiation and administration Ensure a high level of franchisee engagement and support Drive excellence in the Design & Construction of new stores About You We would love to speak to candidates with the following skillset & experience: Tertiary qualifications in Property, Design, Legal or a related discipline Excellent knowledge of retail property, particularly network growth and lease negotiation Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire a team Ability to build relationships at all levels with a diverse range of stakeholders Strong financial acumen and commercial mindset Experience working in food retail will be highly regarded.
