​Jess started her career in executive support in 2008, working across Fashion, Media, BPO and SaaS industries. Along the way, she developed a genuine love for relationship-led outcomes, backing herself to build trust fast and deliver results that work for everyone at the table. That mindset carried her into her first commercial leadership role, driving Commercial growth across Asia Pacific. She now leads Commercial, Governance and Tenders at Sharp and Carter, overseeing contract negotiation, tender strategy and commercial governance across the business, with the same people-first approach.

Based in regional Victoria, Jess enjoys riding dirtbikes and horses, and hitting the snow on skis whenever she can and is partial to a glass of wine or two. She is a CFA volunteer at Warragul Headquarters Brigade and is kept company by her fur baby, Dre.
