​Jordan holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance, and began his career in public practice business advisory services, where he gained foundational experience in accounting. He then moved into leisure and commercial operations, initially in the Golf Industry, progressing from Financial Controller to Senior Manager - Commercial Operations over four years, before taking on a role in Operations in the leisure industry. It was this operational and commercial exposure that shaped his move into recruitment - seeing firsthand how much a business's success depends on having the right people in the right roles, Jordan wanted to apply his people skills to help companies build strong, high-performing teams. He now works as a Consultant specialising in Finance & Accounting recruitment, bringing a commercially minded and people-focused approach to matching candidates with the right opportunities.

Outside of work, Jordan recently relocated to Bentleigh East with his partner, where they're enjoying being close to the beach - and, as it happens, are now next-door neighbours with Sharp & Carter Partner Brede Seccull. On the weekend, Jordan can usually be found playing golf or getting to the ‘G to watch the Pies.
