Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead a team of six and be responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee records management, workforce reporting, contract management and continuous improvement initiatives. This role also plays a key part in supporting workforce planning, people policy development and organisational capability. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team delivering HR operations and recruitment services Oversee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes Ensure compliance with employment legislation, enterprise agreements and internal policies Drive HR systems, reporting and data integrity Develop and improve HR processes and procedures Partner with leaders across the organisation to provide HR guidance and support Contribute to workforce planning and people-related projects Review and develop HR policies and frameworks About You Proven experience in a HR Manager, HR Services Manager, HR Operations Manager or Recruitment Manager role Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability Sound understanding of employment legislation and industrial relations Experience working within complex, multi-disciplinary organisations Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and service excellence Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills What's on Offer?
