About the role Our client is looking for a passionate and friendly Customer Service Administrator to effectively manage the insurance claims process from beginning to end. This role will involve liaising with various stakeholders and processing the insurance claim through the claim life cycle. The ideal candidate will have a flair for problem solving and building relationships with stakeholders. You will have demonstrated previous experience in a similar role and ascertain excellent organisational and high attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Team Leader, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Respond to all insurance claim queries in a timely and prompt manner Engage in a clear and professional written and verbal communication to all stakeholders Accurately Update and maintain the claim management system to be able to track the insurance claim Handling any complaints or issues Ad hoc duties as required Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders Managing a claim from the start until the end of the process Updating and maintaining internal databases Skills and Experience High attention to detail Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholder Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous customer service/call centre inbound or outbound experience Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service Ability to work within a high volume, team environment Discretion in relation to confidential information Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement Ability to build rapport and professional relationships About our client Our client is a recognised market leader for floor covering products providing professional and specialist advice and superior customer service it offers to its customers.
