Rach joined Sharp and Carter in 2015 with over five years of experience within the recruitment industry. She began her recruitment career working across a range of administrative positions before entering the Learning & Development space where she was responsible for the training and onboarding of staff across the Asia Pacific region.
On the weekends Rach can be found playing and running around after her 4 young children, in the yoga studio or relaxing with family and friends.
