Holding a Bachelor of Public Relations and a Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Rachel brings over seven years of experience across people and culture roles in a variety of industries. Most recently working as a People Partner, she has gained firsthand experience navigating complex people challenges, partnering with leaders, and supporting organisational outcomes. This experience provides her with valuable insight into what businesses need from their people and a practical understanding of the skills, capabilities, and qualities that drive success. She has built her career on developing strong relationships, understanding what motivates people, and helping organisations create positive and high performing workplaces.

Rachel is known for her people-first approach, strong understanding of the employment market, and ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Values driven and authentic in her approach, she partners closely with individuals and organisations to deliver practical, meaningful, and commercially focused people solutions. Passionate about creating genuine connections, Rachel believes there is always more to a person than what is captured on a résumé. She takes the time to understand individuals' motivations, strengths, aspirations, and potential, allowing her to identify opportunities that create long-term value for both people and organisations. Her ability to build strong relationships and see beyond experience alone has enabled her to successfully support talent across a broad range of industries and career stages.

Outside of work, Rachel loves cooking, practising Pilates, spending time with friends, and relaxing at the beach with her husband. A passionate Richmond supporter, she also loves watching the footy and is often found planning her next travel adventure.
