​After moving to Australia from Ireland in 2014, Shona commenced her recruitment career in the Brisbane IT market in 2017, specialising in Project Services, Transformation and Technology Delivery. She has a strong understanding of the Brisbane technology market and is passionate about building meaningful, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Taking an honest, tailored and consultative approach to recruitment, Shona prides herself on genuinely knowing her network and taking the time to understand the people and organisations she works with. She enjoys building trusted relationships and connecting the right people with opportunities where they can make a real impact.

Outside of work, Shona enjoys making the most of life in Brisbane with her young family. She loves discovering new places to eat, getting off the grid for a camping trip, and making the most of the many family friendly activities Brisbane has to offer.
