Tim is a graduate of the University of Queensland with additional HR studies at QUT. He is a highly accomplished Recruiter and leader with over 21 years of continuous experience in the Brisbane HR recruitment market. Tim is well positioned to drive high quality recruitment partnerships within major public sector entities, government-owned corporations (GOCs) and commercial customers. Tim has opened and scaled up recruitment teams and created enviable networks within the HR recruitment in Queensland, WA and nationally. Tim has worked for major international firms in the UK, Ireland, and Australia. Tim’s proven ability allows him to manage major national accounts as well as actively recruit for senior HR roles. During his career Tim has also undertaken executive search assignments in Australia, SE Asia and the UAE.
Tim is a family man with 2 teenage daughters. Tim enjoys jogging and is a regular at his local park run. Tim enjoys rugby, rowing and cycling. Tim and his family enjoy camping and the beach, he is a keen fisherman and is slowly mastering the art of catching sand worms.
Tim is also committed to building the local HR community, regularly hosting networking breakfasts for a wide range of professionals in Brisbane, his team sponsored an annual award in the Postgraduate School of Business at QUT.
