Tom began his career in recruitment at Robert Walters in Wellington, progressing from Candidate Manager to Associate Consultant over two years. He then spent two years based in London, taking on roles across the globe.
Now back in Sydney, Tom joined Sharp & Carter as a Delivery Consultant, bringing a global perspective and a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, people-focused environments. Outside of work, Tom is as comfortable on a water slope as he is in a boardroom and is always either planning his next adventure or reminiscing about the last one.
