This role will see you doing purely account management of existing key accounts. Use your expertise and previous experience dealing with clients to form relationships and make your mark in a successful, growing business. You must have a strategic focus on your sales process. This role will see having access to a number of accounts however focus on '20-30' key accounts.
Experience selling into Research Facilities, Laboratories or Hospitals will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed customer expectations to have orders and enquiries processed in an accurate, prompt and courteous manner
- Adequately and promptly inform customers of any delays or changes to the expected delivery or provide a suitable alternate solution
- Ensure effective communication exists both within the Customer Service team and other areas of the organization
- Administration and support as required in the building of business reviews and reporting for the General Manager.
- Proven track record selling to Key Clients
- Able to plan and implement sales strategies
- Ability to work cohesively with various decision makers
- Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen
