Our client is looking for an energetic accounts support officer who has excellent communication skills, is a team player, a keen learner and looking to grow their career. This role would be best suited to someone who has experience with data entry, administration tasks, customer service or invoicing. You will be assisting the shared service accounts team on a day to day basis.
The responsibilities
- Coordinate issue resolution acting as central point of contact for customers and third party vendors
- Answering customer enquiries via phone calls and emails
- Processing invoices
- Issuing invoices
- Credit card and statement reconciliation
- Updating and maintaining customer accounts in the database, making notes after all conversations
- Other administrative tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a data entry, customer service or account officer role
- A positive attitude and be a keen learner
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Be able to work well within a team
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident (full working rights)
