About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Accounts Administrator & Sales Support Officer to join a dynamic and innovative company and take the next step in their career. Working alongside a fun, professional team, the successful candidate will be assisting with processing the transactional accounts, and working closely with the sales team on any invoice/billing queries.
Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
Ideally this person will:
- Enter in PO numbers
- Assist with AP & AR
- Navigating your way around Navision ERP
- Liaising with the sales team regarding invoices etc.
- Collection of invoices and payments
- Ad hoc duties designated by the manager.
- Office administration responsibilities
- Be experienced working within the finance team of a sales environment, and have experience working with sales & operations teams
- Have intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Have experience using Navision or another similar ERP accounting software
- Be comfortable working for an SME
