We are seeking an Accounts & Client Support Officer to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting clients across Australia.
  
This role is ideal for someone with a background in accounts administration, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or finance support who enjoys problem-solving and helping customers. You'll spend most of your day investigating issues, providing guidance and training, supporting implementations, and working with internal teams to deliver positive customer outcomes.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to customer enquiries primarily via email and online support channels.
  • Resolve client issues relating to access, compliance, and system functionality.
  • Provide timely updates and follow-up communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot and triage customer issues, escalating complex matters where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, investigations, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process and service improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain support documentation and share knowledge across the wider team.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing responsive, professional, and solution-focused support.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple customer enquiries while meeting service expectations and deadlines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support best-practice customer service standards.
  
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Experience in accounts administration, bookkeeping, finance administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a similar transactional finance environment.
  • Even though its working for a software company you don’t need tech experience
  • An understanding of financial transactions, reconciliations, and financial processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365 and other online systems.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
