About the Role:
Working to support the finance team, your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited too: 

• Developing relationships with customers and handling queries / relevant requests in a polite & professional manner
• Set up new customers and accounts
• Accurately updating account information
• Communicating with customers regarding fees, payments, and account queries
• Various billing duties
• Encourage timely and upfront payments where applicable
• Reminders and follow up of overdue accounts as required
• Various administrative and customer service duties
• Providing support to the finance team where required

The Ideal Candidate:
Our client believes positive attitude is key to success! They are ideally looking for someone with at least 1-2 years accounts or administration experience, and uphold a confident personality that enjoys speaking with key customers & stakeholders. You will be a passionate worker who enjoys learning new skills and problem solving, with strong communication skills. It will be highly advantageous if you have prior experience working within the healthcare industry! This is exciting opportunity if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, combining customer interaction with administrative and finance duties.
