The responsibilities
- Data entry
- Collection tasks
- Collect and process daily production
- Processing production bonuses
- Handling mail
- Answering phone calls and reception duties
- Additional ad hoc finance requirements/general accounting support
- Previous experience within a similar accounts and admin role
- Effective time management & organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
- Fun and friendly work environment
