Our client is a market leading business within differing industries and only continues to grow to new heights, as the business continues to grow. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounts Officer to due their team on a full-time permanent basis in Dingley.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however, will not be limited to:
- Daily banking and reconciliations
- Issuing and processing of invoices
- Preparation of batch payments on a weekly basis
- Supplier/Customer queries
- Allocation and receipting of payments
- Account & statement reconciliations
- Working within both the AP and AR inbox
- Other ad hoc tasks
The Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate will posses the following attributes; however, not limited to:
- Has worked within a similar Accounts Officer role in the past
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Resides locally in Melbourne's south east
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic, with a high attention to detail
