Role & Duties 
Reporting into the Accounts Manager and working within a close knit team, you will be inquisitive and empathetic type who enjoys working towards win-win situations with customers. You will be responsible for:  
    • Stakeholder management between both customers and the finance department 
    • Processing refunds 
    • Billing duties
    • Process invoices
    • Liaising with support staff to maintain client records
    • Following up overdue accounts
    • Handle and resolve queries
    • Various administrative tasks
    • As well as other ad hoc duties assigned by your Manager

Candidate Profile
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or a call centre environment is highly advantageous
  • Experience in accounts and / or customer service / administration
  • Professional phone manner with strong communication skills
  • Self-starting and motivated, with excellent time management skills to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen eye for detail and an ability to multi-task
  • Desire to grow and develop within your role
