Responsibilities:
- All reconciliations related to client's Home Care Package
- External and Internal reporting of financial information relating to grants including statements to clients and acquittals to government bodies
- Allocating receipts and invoicing
- Follow up of outstanding invoices relating to Funds In Advance
- Ensure all invoices received are approved by operations and are recorded and expended against the correct client's allocation of funds ensuring adequate funding is available
- Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Provide support and assist the finance team with varying duties as required
The successful applicant will have:
- Have similar experience in both accounts payable and receivable
- Previous Home Care Package experience is a must
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Good organisational skills with an excellent ability to multi-task
