Our client is a market leading organisation that continues to grow in leaps & bounds, and thereby is seeking a like minded, skilled Account Officer to join their team on a full-time basis based in Melbourne's inner Northern suburb of Ascot Vale.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role consist of the following, however will not be limited to:
- Processing and issuing of invoices
- Completing aspects of both Accounts Payables and Receivables
- Reconciling accounts and statements
- Daily banking
- Allocating and Receipting of payments
- Supplier and customer queries
- Preparing batch payments on a weekly basis
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes; however not limited to:
- Has previous experience in dealing with both Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
- Ability to work within a team environment
- High attention to detail
