About the Role / Responsibilities:

Are you looking to take the next step in your career, whereby you can analyse data, complete reconciliations and rectify problems, whilst driving positive change? This role is for you! This is an exciting opportunity for a natural problem solver and strategic thinker to complete varying duties including:
  • Investigate, analyse and rectify claiming errors
  • Reporting duties
  • Various reconciliations
  • Generate and amend invoices
  • Monitor and ensure fee variations are processed in a timely manner 
  • Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities 
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Provide quality customer service, and partner with various stakeholders within internal company departments
  • Ad hoc duties from time to time to assist the broader finance team

Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will have experience working within a similar finance capacity, as well having the following attributes:
  • Exceptional problem solving skills with an analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong time management skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong focus on customer service and process improvement
  • Ability to confidently work autonomously, as well as collaboratively in line with varying stakeholders 
  • Proactive approach and a keen eye for detail
  • Intermediate competency in using Microsoft Excel
