Position Description
Reporting directly to the shared services manager, the role will involve taking ownership of the Accounts Payable process with key tasks involving:
- Daily processing of invoices
- Management of relationships with suppliers
- Ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices through the weekly payment run
- Handling account queries
- Reconciliation of creditor accounts
- Automating bank reconciliations
- Assist with Accounts Receivable duties
- Reducing the number of manual payments
- Ad hoc tasks as required
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
- End to end Accounts Payable experience in a similar role
- Ability to confidently work autonomously, and in a team environment
- High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to hit the ground running with a strong attention to detail
