Our client is a well-established leading services provider with operations across Australia. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. Currently working from home and working within a small team, this role will suit someone who likes to keep busy and is wanting the next step within their career.
Position Description
Reporting into the Finance Manager, your daily tasks will include
- Entering of invoices and staff expenses
- Preparing EFT and cheque payments
- Lodging payments within online bank
- Creditor statement reconciliations
- Handling the AP mailbox
- Managing relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Assist the wider finance team
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable Officer role, as well as the following attributes:
- High attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to hit the ground running
