Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this role includes but is not limited to:
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable functions.
- Preparing payment runs.
- Handle supply queries and maintain relationships.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and expense claims.
- Review and reconcile supplier statements, ensuring any discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement.
- Support ad hoc duties.
Ideal candidate
- Experience as an Accounts Payable Officer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience working with high-volume invoices.
