The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for a switched-on Accounts Payable Officer to join a reputable and growing business within the automotive services sector.
Working within a close-knit Finance & Operations team, this role will support accounts payable processing, invoice management, shared inboxes, stakeholder queries and broader operational support. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, customer-focused and confident working across a varied accounts role.
Key Responsibilities
• Reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Timely invoice processing and accounts payable support
• Managing shared inboxes and responding to queries
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding invoices and payments
• Assisting with month-end and year-end close, reconciliations and reporting
• Maintaining accurate AP records and documentation
• Supporting ad hoc finance, operational and processing tasks
About You
• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Accounts Officer role
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator with a customer-service mindset
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Mature, self-motivated and able to work autonomously
• Xero and Excel experience highly regarded
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a changing environment
