Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join their dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive team. Based in a modern office on St Kilda Road, this full-time position requires 5 days in the office and offers the opportunity to work alongside a high-performing finance team within a supportive, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable
- Conduct three-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
- Prepare and process regular payment runs.
- Perform reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
- Set up and maintain new supplier accounts in the system.
- Respond to supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the team with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks.
Ideal candidate
- Experience with three-way matching
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Available to work full-time in the office
