The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join a supportive and collaborative finance team. Working within a close-knit team of 10, this role will see you taking ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable function while also providing support across the broader finance team when required.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently in line with company policies and procedures
- Matching invoices against purchase orders and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
- Performing bank statement reconciliations
- Processing supplier payments within agreed trading terms
- Liaising with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve invoice and payment-related queries
- Building strong working relationships with operational sites to ensure purchase ordering and receipting processes are completed efficiently
- Assisting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required
- Previous experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
