Brilliant opportunity for a motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join their team immediately. The office is located centrally in Geelong with hybrid working arrangements on offer (3 days in the office & 2 days from home).

Position Description

Reporting directly to the Finance Team Lead and among a team environment, the role will include but not be limited to:
  • High volume invoice processing via three way matching 
  • Completing weekly & ad hoc payment runs 
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Process employee expense claims
  • Handling queries from suppliers
  • Providing support to accounts receivable and broader finance where required

Candidate Profile
Will have proven experience in Accounts Payable, as well as the following attributes:
  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to multi-task and keen eye for detail
  • Strong problem solving skills with an analytical focused mind
  • A passion for accounts and keen desire to complete all tasks to a high standard
  • Positive and bubbly personality
  • Strong communication skills, from both a written and verbal perspective with superior customer service skills
  • Desire to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Intermediate excel skills - pivot tables and v-look ups
  • Exposure to previously utilising a large ERP system, preferably Oracle or SAP
