Position Description:
With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a motivated Payroll Officer to join their team. Reporting directly into the Financial Controller, you will work in a close knit finance team and your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Matching invoices with purchase orders
• High volume invoice processing 
• Process supplier payments within supplier trading terms
• Statement reconciliations
• Process staff reimbursements
• Management of relationships with suppliers
• Setting up new vendors and suppliers
• Handling queries - both internally and externally 
• Ad hoc tasks as required

Candidate Profile:
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar end to end Accounts Payable position as well as the following attributes:

• Energetic and positive can do attitude, with a keen eye for detail
• Well developed verbal & written communication skills
• Excellent time management & organisational skills
• The ability to confidently work both autonomously & collaboratively with others 
• Strong stakeholder management, problem solving and decision making skills
