Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a temporary part-time basis. This opportunity is ideal for someone with previous accounts payable experience who demonstrates strong accuracy, organisational skills, and attention to detail.

This position is part-time hours across Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, making it well suited to candidates seeking flexibility and work-life balance. Immediate availability or short notice availability will be highly advantageous.
Key responsibilities
- Process invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and process regular payment runs.
- Set up and maintain new supplier accounts in the system.
- Respond to supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the team with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks.
