- Work alongside one other in the AP function completing end to end duties
Position Description
Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager, the role will include but not be limited to:
- High volume processing of invoices daily
- Ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices through the payment runs (local and foreign currency)
- Reconciliations
- Pay staff expenses
- Handle queries with both internal and external stakeholders
- Setting up new vendors and suppliers
- General ad hoc duties as required
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role, as well as the following attributes:
- Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with an ability to prioritise own work
- Ability to multi task with strong organisation skills
- A positive up beat nature and excellent time management skills
