Position Description
With a view of being a key contact for the Accounts Payable function and working alongside one other, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties;
- Process supplier invoices
- Ensure timely payments are made of supplier invoices via weekly & monthly payment runs
- Verify & process staff expense claims
- Set up new vendors and suppliers
- Credit card reconciliations
- Manage petty cash
- Handle supplier queries and disputes
- Assist the wider finance team with various duties where required
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have:
- Proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role
- High level of interpersonal and time management skills
- The ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to innovate, engage team members and collaborate as part of the team
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
