Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team of 4 on a temporary basis.
  
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Admin Manager, this role includes but is not limited to:
  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable
  • Perform reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Respond to supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct three-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
  • Set up and maintain new supplier accounts in the system.
  • Support the team with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and process regular payment runs.
  
Ideal candidate
  • Experience as an Accounts Payable Officer.
  • Immediately available.
  • Prior experience using SAP is regarded.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
