Position Description
Reporting directly to the AP/AR Manager the role will include but not be limited to:
  • Scanning of purchase orders
  • High volume invoice processing 
  • Assist with payment runs 
  • Handle supplier queries
  • Management of relationships with suppliers
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience within Accounts Payable / Data Entry
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritise own work, and have excellent time management skills
