Key responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end Accounts Receivable functions.
- Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
- Lead and support Accounts Receivable Officers through training and feedback.
- Assist with audits and compliance requirements.
- Liaising with financial team, internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor aged receivable to ensure effective cash flow management.
Ideal candidate
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end AR processes, credit control, and collections.
- Experience working with high-volume transactions and large customer portfolios.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Prior experience managing a team.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
