An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join a leading national organisation in a permanent leadership position. Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full Accounts Receivable function across a high-volume environment
- Lead, support and develop a medium-sized team of Accounts Receivable Officers
- Manage daily banking, allocations, receipting and invoicing activities
- Drive collection strategies while maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships
- Monitor aged receivables and implement initiatives to improve cashflow outcomes
- Collaborate with internal departments to investigate discrepancies
- Produce AR reporting, reconciliations and insights to support business decision-making
- Review and enhance existing processes to improve efficiency and workflow outcomes
- Maintain compliance with company policies, financial controls and procedures
Ideal candidate
- Experience leading an Accounts Receivable team
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end accounts receivable
- Confident in working in a high-volume environment
