Position Description:
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process which includes:
- Processing and allocating payments
- Assisting with invoicing
- Issuing customer statements
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Collection of payments
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful applicant with have similar proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role and have the following attributes:
- Prior experience in a similar role
- The ability to work in a team
- Great communication skills - both written and oral
- The ability to work in a faced-paced environment
- High level reconciliation skills
- Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Prior experience using Apparel 21 is highly desirable
