About the organisation:

Our client is a well-established mining organisation with a strong presence across Western Australia. Due to internal growth and continued demand within the finance function, they are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team. The role:

Reporting to the Credit Manager and working as part of a close-knit team of four, this position is responsible for managing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate debtor records, supporting credit processes, and ensuring timely collections.

Your responsibilities will include:
• End-to-end AR processing
• Raising invoices and maintaining debtor accounts
• Allocations, reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
• Following up outstanding payments and managing debtor queries
• Supporting month-end processes and reporting
• Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Assisting with ad hoc finance tasks as required

The candidate:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
• Previous experience in an end-to-end AR position
• Strong reconciliation skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• The ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
• A proactive approach and strong sense of ownership
• Experience within mining or large, complex environments will be highly regarded
