This successful and supportive business are seeking a driven Accounts Receivable Officer to join their close-knit finance team immediately!
Position Description
Your daily tasks will include but won’t be limited to:
- Timely allocation and receipting of customer payments
- Follow up on all unpaid accounts on a regular and timely basis
- Set up and create new customers accounts
- Account reconciliations
- Conduct credit checks, whilst assess and accurately alter customer credit limits
- Answer inbound queries from both internal and external customers
- Other duties as requested by your Manager
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience within a similar AR role especially billing
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation skills with a drive to meet deadlines
- Experience using a large ERP (eg. SAP) is advantageous
