Our client is renowned for being a market leader in their field and are presently seeking a motivated & talented Accounts Receivable Officer to join their finance team immediately. Position Description
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller the role will include but not be limited to:
  • Managing the debtors ledger of national accounts
  • Daily reconciliations 
  • Timely allocations and receipting of payments
  • Daily banking 
  • Process invoices 
  • Follow up overdues / debt collection and negotiate payment plans where required
  • Setting up new customers and accounts
  • Diligently handle and successfully resolve customer queries 
  • Preparing and analysing weekly debtor reports
  • Ad hoc duties to support the team

Ideal Candidate
To be considered as a successful applicant for this business, you will have at least 3-5 years experience within a similar role, and possess superior communication skills with a demonstrated ability to connect with varying stakeholders. The ideal individual will have a reliable and positive attitude, a willingness to provide support in a team environment, and have a keen eye for detail. You will have strong time management skills and prior experience in a busy finance environment.
