This will be a part-time 6 month temporary position, with a view to be on-going. Working as part of a vibrant and dynamic finance function, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Raising invoices
- Collection of overdue accounts
- Setting up new accounts and monthly invoicing
- Receipting/banking
- End of month tasks
- Journals
- Handling telephone account queries - internal/external
- Other ad-hoc projects and duties as required
- Previous experience working as an Accounts Receivable Officer in a similar role
- Experience using Netsuite is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to confidently work autonomously, and in a team environment
- Ability to prioritise own work, and have excellent time management skills
