Position Description
Reporting directly to the CFO, the role will involve taking ownership of the Accounts Receivable process with key tasks involving:

• Management of a national debtors ledger
• Daily reconciliation of the accounts 
• Allocation and receipting of payments
• Invoicing duties
• Prepare, handle and assess credit applications
• Ongoing monitoring of excising customer credit limits
• Collections of outstanding payments - via phone and email
• Handle queries with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaboratively participate in strategic planning and continued process improvement
• Additional ad hoc tasks to assist the broader finance team

Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable / Credit Officer role, as well as the following attributes:

• High level numeracy and reconciliation skills
• Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously as well collaboratively in a finance team environment
• High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a high volume and fast paced environment
