The key focus of the role is to provide high quality service to customers and ensure that payments are received on time, whilst assisting with additional accounts duties, whereby no two days are the same!

Role & Duties 
Reporting into the Accounts Department Team Leader and working within a close knit team, you will be responsible for:  

• Stakeholder management between both patients and the finance department 
• Allocating payments
• Invoice processing
• Processing Medicare rebates/payments
• Liaising with support staff to maintain client records
• Collections
• Direct debits of customer accounts
• Reconciliations 
• Handle and resolve queries
• As well as other ad hoc duties assigned by your Manager

Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role along with the following attributes:

• Experience in accounts and / or administration
• Professional phone manner with strong communication skills
• Self-starting and motivated, with excellent time management skills to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Keen eye for detail and an ability to multi-task
• Desire to grow and develop within your role
• Impeccable communication skills
