We are currently partnering with a high-net worth private family office who have been owning, investing and developing in the Melbourne Property market for over 40 years. Our client is currently looking to appoint an Acquisitions Manager to drive growth across their development pipeline. 
  
Working closely with the Directors of the business, you will be responsible for identifying new development opportunities across residential, commercial, retail and industrial assets. You will take ownership for completing all feasibility and due diligence prior to presenting recommendations to the Executive Team and managing EOI’s, formal tender process and negotiating the deal.
  
The successful candidate for this role will be a development professional with a proven track record acquiring development sites on the Eastern Seaboard.  You will have tertiary qualifications in Property with exceptional networking skills and strong contacts across the industry. Ideally you have had exposure to multiple asset classes and will be able to demonstrate a proven commercial acumen and an ability to identify both on and off-market opportunities.
